Ifyou get no storms you shouldn't need to fertilize them a second time before they harvest.. If you save the night before they are done and reload-sleep and check them over an over you can get around 8-12 per 90 (from what my luck has given).. Idk if its 30 or 50 to unlock the seeds yet.
